Ashley Lherisson was born in Forest, Ohio. Ms. Allison graduated from the University of Findlay with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Political Science and Law in the Liberal Arts, and a Master of Business Administration before moving to Miami, Florida.  In Miami, Ashley attended Florida International University College of Law, graduating with her Juris Doctorate in 2016. While in law school, Ashley was on the dean's list, a member of the Trial Team, Vice-President of Women's Law Society, Student Ambassador, Research Assistant to Dean Alex Acosta, participated in the Death Penalty clinic and worked as a Certified Legal Intern with the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office. Ashley also received a number of scholarships and awards, including the Alex Alvarez Trial Advocacy Scholarship, Joseph A. Reyes Scholarship, merit scholarships, and was awarded the Faulty Recognition Award and Death Penalty Clinic Award, as well as the Pro Bono Service Award.

Upon graduating law school, Ashley was hired as an Assistant Public Defender with the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office, where she represented indigent clients charged with all types of crimes from initial bond proceedings through trial. In 2018, Ashley left the Public Defender's Office to work for a civil litigation firm in Coral Gables, Florida where she had the pleasure of representing the Miami Heat in all premise liability cases, as well as various other types of insurance defense litigation. Ms. Allison has represented multiple property insurance carriers throughout the state of Florida in all types of property damage claims.

In 2020, Ashley transitioned her practice to focus on the representation of the Insureds in all property damage claims and personal and bodily injury claims in both state and federal courts, as well as criminal defense.

Ashley is admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Ashley continues to serve FIU Law as a coach of the FIU Law trial team and helps guide new applicants in the admissions process.
